Responsibilities
- Lead the development of battery energy storage systems from design to deployment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the renewable energy or energy storage industry.
- Strong technical expertise in battery technologies, energy storage systems, and power electronics.
- Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools and familiarity with industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
