Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff in HVAC maintenance and repair tasks
- Train employees on proper HVAC repair methods
- Maintain and troubleshoot energy management systems
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems including boilers and chillers
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
- Order and inventory repair parts and supplies
- Provide lead supervision to maintenance personnel
Job Requirements
- High school diploma with specialized training in HVAC systems
- 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of central plant systems
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license and EPA Refrigerant Handling certificate
- Ability to lead and organize staff, interpret policies, and operate energy management systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
- Proficient in maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively
- Capable of working independently and following instructions accurately
