The position is for a Full-Time Senior Electrical Engineer in Research and Development at Sciton, a manufacturer of medical aesthetic lasers and light source technologies.
Responsibilities
- Electronic design, including simulation
- Parts selection, considering obsolescence, availability, and cost
- PCB design using Altium Designer
- Embedded controller development (ARM)
- System wiring harness and cable design
- Hardware and software testing
- System Compliance Testing
Job Requirements
- BSEE degree required
- Experience with voltages up to 1000 V, currents up to 400 Amps, and up to 4 KW of power
- Ability to work effectively with the engineering team
- Experience with switching power supply design
- Strong oral and written communication skills, project-oriented
- High preference for talent with medical aesthetic industry experience
