Electrical Design Engineer (Starlink)

The role is for an Electrical Design Engineer at SpaceX working on the Starlink project, which aims to provide advanced broadband internet through a satellite constellation.

• Design, develop, and test reliable electronics for satellite communication
• Evaluate third-party electrical solutions for Starlink
• Collaborate with various teams for hardware development
• Drive system trades, requirements capture, and component selection
• Support hardware through production, integration, and flight
• Work on high-performance hardware with cross-functional teams
• Drive continual improvements to designs by analyzing data

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics
• 3+ years of experience designing circuits, electronic products, or hardware
• Master's degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred
• Strong understanding of computers, programming languages, and aerospace systems
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends for critical deadlines
