Electrical Designer / Engineer-In-Training

AZTEC is seeking an Electrical Designer (Engineer-In-Training) to provide Electrical Engineering and CAD support for Solar Photovoltaic projects in their Phoenix, AZ office.

• Perform engineering assignments and tasks
• Compile data
• Perform electrical design computations
• Work in PVSyst and prepare engineering CAD plans
• Assist the Project Team in technical meetings

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate
• Experience with solar photovoltaic projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of NEC code and PVSyst
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
