Responsibilities
- Own hardware and mechanisms design from concept to production
- Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
- Conduct rapid design iterations and analysis
- Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
- Perform environmental and performance testing
- Manage product lifecycle and delivery timeline
- Ensure extreme ownership of product outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
- Experience with CAD or FEA software
- 1+ years of mechanical/electromechanical design experience
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex mechanical systems
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
