Jr. Mechanical Engineer

The role at H2scan is for a Mechanical Engineer to design advanced solutions for new high-tech markets in the hydrogen-specific gas sensors and systems industry.

• Assist in designing and prototyping innovative products using SolidWorks
• Create and revise 3D models and drawings for engineering team requirements
• Fabricate and assemble new test systems for experiments
• Execute experiments for process engineering team on hydrogen measurement
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to provide solutions in a rapid-paced environment

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for 3D modeling and drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and systems design
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of previous engineering work experience
