Mechanical Engineer

The role involves preparing drawing sets and documents for mechanical systems in buildings, performing calculations and analysis, evaluating building systems, determining cost-effective routing, investigating equipment failures, and participating in team meetings.

• Prepare drawing sets and related documents for mechanical systems in buildings.
• Perform calculations and analysis under the direction of Senior staff.
• Evaluate proposed building systems and suggest value engineering changes.
• Determine cost-effective duct and piping routing for buildings.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend remedies.
• Review mechanical engineering design drawings.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate verbally and via email.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems in buildings.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
