Mechanical Engineer I - NPD

SharkNinja is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I - NPD to join their team in developing innovative products for the Ninja brand.

• Drive ideation, prototyping, and testing to solve technical and consumer issues.
• Develop concepts through CAD execution, prototyping, and validation.
• Improve concepts based on consumer feedback and testing.
• Research consumer needs and trends to become a category expert.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support team members.

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial Design Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in Mechanical/Product/Industrial Design.
• Proficiency in Solidworks, Creo, or relevant 3D packages.
• Experience in rapid prototyping and shop skills.
• Ability to deliver real-world products to market.
• Hands-on experience in building prototypes and product testing.
• Flexible, collaborative, and positive attitude.
