Manufacturing Engineer

• Plan and coordinate harness builds
• Design wire harnesses
• Act as a liaison between factory and customers
• Contribute to various tasks and projects within the factory
• Innovate and improve production processes
• Demonstrate ownership in technical and production aspects

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
• Experience in fast-paced production environment and manufacturing/supply chain position
• Proficiency in CAD modeling tools
• Understanding of basic manufacturing principles
• Solution-oriented mindset and quick learner
• Preferred qualifications in aerospace and defense wire harness practices
