Manufacturing Engineer I

Mercury Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop microelectronics solutions for aerospace and defense industries.

• Maintain manufacturing methods and processes.
• Coordinate with various teams for new product releases and equipment setup.
• Analyze productivity and yield improvements.
• Develop new processes and stabilize existing ones.
• Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Document processes for production employees.

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Agile PLM, and test equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally.
