Responsibilities
- Prepare working drawings and detailed calculations for projects
- Create technical reports and establish design criteria
- Visit sites for rehabilitation projects and select equipment
- Evaluate vendors' bids and drawings for compliance
- Review and approve design drawings of other employees
- Coordinate with field personnel and contractors to resolve construction issues
- Maintain knowledge of National Electrical Codes and design procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5-15 years of related experience
- Professional Registration preferred
- Proficiency in software like Revit
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction procedures and electrical codes
