Summer 2025 Internship - Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering

Vast is offering an advanced engineering internship program focused on designing and building space hardware and software for artificial gravity space stations.

• Solve challenging real-world engineering problems in various disciplines such as avionics, structures, propulsion, and hardware development.
• Work on systems like power, human systems, flight software, and environmental controls.
• Collaborate with mentors and industry experts.
• Participate in manufacturing and propulsion testing.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time onsite.
• Prior experience in extracurricular projects, volunteering, or internships.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and equipment.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
