2025 Fulltime - Raytheon Digital Electronics Electrical Engineer I (Onsite)

The position involves designing digital hardware supporting radar systems within the Sensor Controls and Electronics department at Raytheon.

• Partnering with a senior team member to design digital hardware supporting radar systems
• Supporting hardware validation testing of digital hardware
• Supporting integrating digital hardware into radar systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major
• Experience or knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, Matlab, C programming, and circuit analysis
• <1 year of relevant professional work experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• Experience with digital signal processing and SPICE tools
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro, or OrCAD
