Mechanical Engineering Intern - Summer 2025

Rocket Lab is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support the Space Systems Division in Long Beach, California, working on high-performance satellites and innovative space missions.

• Work closely with mentors and department employees
• Apply engineering concepts to solve real challenges
• Attend 1:1 meetings and tech talks

• Enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience
• Ability to work full-time for 12 consecutive weeks
• The role involves working on high-performance satellites and innovative space missions, collaborating with mentors and department employees, and applying engineering concepts to solve challenges. The intern must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program, have a GPA of 3.0 or above, and possess at least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
