RF Design Winter/Spring Co-Op

The role is an RF Design Winter/Spring Co-Op internship opportunity at Skyworks focusing on the development of state-of-the-art RF front-end modules.

• Work with experienced engineers to design/develop multi-chip modules
• Design semi-lumped RF matching networks, integrated passive devices, couplers, etc.
• Run simulations using design tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, etc.
• Participate in and present at design reviews
• Perform lab testing using standard RF test equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical issues
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD program
• Commitment to work on-site for 6 months
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
• Strong career interest in RF/microwave engineering and electromagnetics
• Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with others
• Experience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS is highly preferred
• Hands-on lab experience using network analyzers and other RF instruments is highly preferred
