Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

The role is for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at YETI, responsible for implementing and optimizing new product production processes, supporting equipment and tooling, and maximizing manufacturing efficiencies.

• Develop innovative production processes and oversee their implementation
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for equipment used for customization
• Identify and implement solutions related to manufacturing processes
• Coordinate new product introductions with multidisciplinary teams
• Support Production Technicians in troubleshooting machine and process issues
• Generate specifications and validation plans for new equipment and processes
• Collaborate with the quality team for root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Design
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading and developing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
