Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

The role at YETI is for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer involved in implementing and optimizing new product production processes, supporting equipment and tooling, and maximizing manufacturing efficiencies.

• Develop innovative production processes
• Act as technical subject matter expert for equipment
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues
• Coordinate new product introductions
• Generate specifications and validation plans
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues
• Design or source manufacturing tools and equipment

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, or related field
• Proficient in 3D CAD software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex process and machine issues
• Familiarity with PLC's, conveyors, and robotics
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
