Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Engineering (R&D) and Manufacturing teams.
- Own execution of product and production roadmaps.
- Develop and implement processes for scalable production.
- Translate business priorities into technical plans and operational targets.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing technical team.
- Collaborate with the CTO and CEO on aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across engineering and production.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical background in mechanical systems, automation, or robotics.
- Experience with product development and transitioning designs to production.
- Skilled in project planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with quality systems and production metrics.
