Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Engineering (R&D) and Manufacturing teams.
- Own execution of product and production roadmaps.
- Develop and implement scalable production processes.
- Translate business priorities into technical plans.
- Hire and mentor a high-performing technical team.
- Align technical strategy with business goals in partnership with the CTO and CEO.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across engineering and production.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Strong technical background in mechanical systems, automation, or robotics.
- Experience with product development and transitioning designs into production.
- Skilled in project planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with quality systems and production metrics.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
