Responsibilities
- Participate in Frito Lay’s internship program to apply academic understanding in a practical setting.
- Engage in projects driven by business needs with time-bound deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department on technical curiosity, problem-solving, and project management.
- Analyze Engineering and Operations performance metrics, tools & processes.
- Engage in Summer Internship activities and network with cross-functional supply chain functions.
- Assist in various areas like Processing, Packaging, Warehouse, Automation, Controls & Information.
- Develop time management skills and multitasking abilities during the internship.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial.
- Highly motivated self-starter with technical curiosity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in academic and extracurricular activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
- Must have the right to work in the United States and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
- Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
