Engineer Intern (Electrical)

The role is for an Engineering Intern within the Architecture and Engineering Department responsible for elementary engineering work related to the development of school buildings in NYC.

• Apply engineering principles and learn practices used by the Authority.
• Perform drafting, design, detailing, and simple calculations.
• Make site or field observations under supervision.
• Perform related tasks.

• Baccalaureate in Engineering.
• A satisfactory combination of education and experience.
• Training in engineering work related to the Authority mission.
• Ability to perform drafting, design, and calculations.
• Willingness to make site observations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Not able to sponsor employment Visa at this time.
