Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding of project management plan components
- Develop procurement schedule and integrate with project CPM schedule
- Administer budgeting and cost control processes
- Maintain contract documents and compile close-out requirements
- Participate in concrete form design and related equipment selection
- Plan, acquire, develop, and supervise project team members
- Prepare and review change orders, including time extensions
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards
- Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training
- Minimum of three to four years of similar construction engineering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team of varied disciplines
- Skill/ability to supervise and/or train Field Engineer positions if required
