Responsibilities
- Optimize and develop laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) additive manufacturing.
- Develop new additive applications, platforms, and material parameters.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams.
- Work hands-on with additive platforms, including optimization and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and develop new additive technologies.
- Produce and refine reports, procedures, and manuals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in propulsion design or metallic additive technologies.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
- Expertise in metal additive manufacturing technology.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
