Electrical Quality Engineer

The role at Paradromics involves conducting Quality Engineering activities and collaborating with the EE department to ensure quality throughout the design, production, and clinical phases of the Connexus® Direct Data Interface.

• Collaborate with electrical engineering teams from design to manufacturing, focusing on quality regulations standards
• Execute detailed Verification & Validation processes for electrical components and systems
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product issues
• Utilize Design of Experiments methodologies to optimize electrical design processes
• Conduct risk management activities and oversee quality control processes in manufacturing
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and provide training on electrical quality assurance
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical device regulations and electrical engineering technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically with electrical engineering
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and standards
• Hands-on experience with analog and digital electronics, including PCB design and layout
• Proficiency with lab instruments and ability to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges
• Knowledge of IEC 62304 and IEC 62366 requirements is a plus
• Skills in Python, real-time Linux programming, and statistical data analysis are preferred
