Electrical Quality Engineer

The role involves conducting Quality Engineering activities with a focus on electrical components and systems for a company specializing in direct data interface with the brain for medical applications.

• Collaborate with electrical engineering teams for quality regulations standards integration
• Execute detailed Verification & Validation processes for electrical components and systems
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product issues
• Utilize Design of Experiments methodologies to optimize electrical design processes
• Oversee quality control processes in manufacturing
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and provide training to team members
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in medical device regulations and electrical engineering technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry with electrical engineering focus
• Comprehensive understanding of FDA and ISO regulations and standards
• Hands-on experience with analog and digital electronics, PCB design, and lab instruments
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and commitment to continuous learning
• Preferred experience in startup environment, knowledge of IEC requirements, proficiency in Python, and statistical data analysis skills.
