Electrical Design Engineer (E)

The role is for Electrical Design Engineers at KLA, focusing on PCB and system design opportunities.

• Produce PCB designs, schematics, and collaborate with layout engineers.
• Work on full PCB systems characterization and testing.
• Produce electrical system designs and collaborate with mechanical engineers.
• Design power distribution, interconnection diagrams, safety interlocks, and supporting hardware.
• Ensure all designs meet requirements and are easily serviceable.
• Work on cross-disciplinary teams and possess strong communication skills.

• Master's Level Degree with 0 years related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with OrCAD PCB, Altium, PADS, or Eagle; ADS, Hyperlynx simulation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AC power distribution, programmable logic controllers, cable and fiber optic design, ladder logic, or soldering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
