Responsibilities
- Work with engineers to design and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and layouts.
- Document SOPs and Value Stream Maps to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze key process indicators for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with NPI & MFG Engineers on product assessments and specifications.
- Collect and analyze NPI metrics to drive process improvements.
- Support industrial engineers in developing measurement systems for manufacturing KPIs.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to manage quality KPIs and perform root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering.
- Interest in continuous improvement and methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
