Responsibilities
- Design and implement processes, tooling, and layouts with engineers.
- Document SOPs and Value Stream Maps for efficiency.
- Analyze key process indicators for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on product assessments and develop specifications.
- Support industrial engineers in developing measurement systems for manufacturing KPIs.
- Collaborate with quality engineers on managing quality KPIs.
- Assist test engineers with test validation and automated test solutions.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering.
- Interest in continuous improvement and methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
