Responsibilities
- Support verification and validation of critical hardware modules through testing.
- Collaborate on developing and validating battery control algorithms.
- Conduct laboratory testing to optimize battery performance and safety.
- Perform thermal modeling for cabin safety monitoring.
- Assist in triaging and root-cause analysis of test results.
- Write test cases and test reports for vehicle requirements.
- Analyze data and visualize results using relevant tools.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S., M.S., or advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.
- At least one prior industry internship or relevant project experience.
- Foundational understanding of MATLAB/Simulink and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CAN networks and vehicle system architecture.
- Willing to relocate to the Bay Area for the internship duration.
- Maintain good academic standing and plan to return to school after the internship.
- Basic knowledge of thermodynamics and battery systems is a plus.
