Responsibilities
- Serve as a coach and mentor to contract staff.
- Ensure L3 fleet and robotaxi vehicles are ready for missions.
- Engage in recruiting and hiring processes for workshop personnel.
- Support analysis and documentation related to vehicle readiness.
- Enforce health and safety policies in the workshop.
- Support the readiness of spare parts and inventory.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in operations.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
- Clean driving record with zero points.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets.
