Responsibilities
- Assist in various manufacturing processes, focusing on line balancing.
- Support regular production tasks and provide process assistance to technicians.
- Act as the first line of contact for resolving manufacturing systems issues.
- Optimize warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Help develop and document work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Learn about Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related technologies.
- Participate in hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and contribute to real projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S., M.S., or other advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Plan to return to school after completing the internship.
- Maintain good academic standing.
- At least one prior industry internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
- Willing and able to relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the internship duration.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and principles of manufacturing process optimization.
