Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing production tooling and line designs.
- Review and draft technical documentation such as Engineering Change Orders and Process SOPs.
- Identify and execute line layout and process improvements.
- Conduct and analyze time/motion studies.
- Maintain standard worksheets and develop templates for quality systems.
- Analyze production data using software tools.
- Implement solutions to enhance ergonomics.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field (3 completed semesters).
- Basic experience with data analysis and graphing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Preferred knowledge in statistics and data analysis software (MiniTab, Python, R).
