Operations Engineering Intern

The role is for an Operations Engineering co-op at ZOLL, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency within the production lines for ZOLL LifeVest and Cardiac Diagnostic devices.

• Assist in creating and implementing production tooling and process flows.
• Review and draft technical documentation.
• Identify and execute line layout and process improvements.
• Conduct and analyze time/motion studies.
• Develop and maintain standard worksheets.
• Implement templates and procedures for quality systems and lean management.
• Analyze production data using software tools.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Basic experience with data analysis and graphing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of measurement and statistics preferred.
