Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of production tooling and line design.
- Review and draft technical documentation such as Engineering Change Orders and Process SOPs.
- Identify and execute line layout and process improvements.
- Design and analyze time/motion studies.
- Create and maintain standard worksheets.
- Develop templates and procedures for quality system and safety program deployment.
- Utilize software tools for production data analysis.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related STEM field.
- Basic experience with data analysis and graphing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of measurement and working knowledge of statistics preferred.
- 2D drawing and 3D modeling skills preferred.
