Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
- Cultivate a performance-driven team culture emphasizing accountability and innovation.
- Own the end-to-end development of manufacturing capabilities, including planning and validation.
- Define and implement manufacturing process documentation and controls.
- Partner with design engineers to improve manufacturability and product quality.
- Provide technical support for production operations and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, quality, and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in designing and developing manufacturing lines.
- Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering leadership.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Experience with fixture and equipment design for high-volume production.
- Demonstrated fluency in CAD and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
