Responsibilities
- Technical ownership and delivery of electrical designs for Fuel Cell Aircraft Powerplants.
- Provide engineering support for the development of electronic hardware systems.
- Interface with suppliers and engineering teams to support subsystem requirements.
- Design, plan, and test power electronic components such as electric machines and inverters.
- Ensure successful integration with other subsystems within the drivetrain.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on subsystem development.
- Draft electrical system schematics and wiring diagrams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in design and testing of high voltage (>1kV) EV systems.
- Experience in design and testing high current (>1kA) EV harnesses.
- Experience in designing and building HV Battery systems.
- Circuit simulation experience using Matlab/Simulink/PSpice.
- Knowledge of wiring and harness design software tools.
- Familiarity with EMC requirements for EDU components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation in sustainable aviation.
