Responsibilities
- Technical ownership and delivery of electrical designs for Fuel Cell Aircraft Powerplants.
- Provide engineering support for the development of electronic hardware systems.
- Interface with suppliers and engineering teams to support subsystem level requirements.
- Design, plan, and test various power electronic components.
- Ensure successful integration with other subsystems within the drivetrain.
- Liaise with a multi-disciplinary team for development and integration of various subsystems.
- Draft Electrical System Schematics and Wiring Diagrams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in design and testing of high voltage (>1kV) EV systems.
- Experience in design and testing high current (>1kA) EV harnesses and systems.
- Experience in design and building HV Battery systems and integrating Battery Management Systems.
- Circuit simulation experience using Matlab/Simulink/PSpice.
- Working knowledge of wiring and harness design software tools.
- Designing to meet EMC requirements for EDU components.
- Experience in the aerospace sector is desirable.
