Responsibilities
- Provide floor support for the development and execution of complex space hardware assembly and test.
- Create and maintain manufacturing process plans and work instructions.
- Develop and execute roadmaps to streamline processes using new tooling and technologies.
- Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in an ERP environment and coordinate improvements with the design engineering team.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and production line layouts.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to solve technical and production problems.
- Ensure products are built efficiently and meet quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Competent user of common computer programs (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering for space flight hardware.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
