Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer at YETI will play a critical role in producing high-quality outdoor products, focusing on improving and validating manufacturing processes while collaborating with various departments.

• Sustain, improve, and validate manufacturing processes for YETI products.
• Collect and transcribe data to report on manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with equipment designers and suppliers to develop efficient production processes.
• Ensure project completion within timelines and budgets.
• Communicate technical requirements to suppliers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement at supplier factories.
• Support root cause and corrective action activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Manufacturing, preferably in plastics.
• Knowledge of engineering principles such as DFM, DFA, and QA/QC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of lean tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
