Responsibilities
- Sustain, improve, and validate manufacturing processes to meet quality, capacity, capability, and cost requirements.
- Collect and transcribe data to report on manufacturing performance against targets.
- Work with equipment designers and suppliers to develop innovative and repeatable production processes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, following CAPEX processes.
- Communicate technical requirements to suppliers while maintaining confidentiality.
- Lead initiatives to improve pass-through rates and drive continuous process improvement at supplier factories.
- Collaborate across departments and act as a technical subject matter expert.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Manufacturing, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Proficiency in engineering principles such as DFM, DFA, VA/VE, and QA/QC.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of lean tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks.
