Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost-effective production processes with equipment designers and suppliers.
- Serve as the technical expert for customization equipment.
- Identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes or equipment.
- Coordinate new product introductions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist Production Technicians in troubleshooting complex machine and process issues.
- Generate specifications, validation plans, and acceptance criteria for new equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with the quality team for root cause analysis and corrective actions on quality issues.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Greater than 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, or related field.
- Understanding of lean tools and principles.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for various organizational levels.
- Experience troubleshooting complex process and machine issues.
