Responsibilities
- Own quality function from supplier quality to manufacturing quality.
- Mentor quality team members and engage with leadership for escalations.
- Manage quality team performance and develop team members.
- Oversee product lifecycle quality from NPI to mass production.
- Drive continuous improvement with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Work with FAA to achieve Part21 certification and create necessary quality documentation.
- Establish and implement advanced quality plans and statistical process control systems.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in quality or reliability engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Expertise in driving engineering requirements and continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional interactions.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and statistical analysis techniques.
