Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic manufacturing programs, overseeing production and quality control.
- Define and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) program roadmaps.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate program status to executive leadership.

Job Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
- 7+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in defining and executing manufacturing strategies.
- BA/BS in Engineering (EE, ME) or related technical field.
- Expertise in NPI, product validation, and quality management systems.
- Exceptional program management skills with a track record of delivering projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics in manufacturing.
