Responsibilities
- Support the testing of products, systems, and applications across manufacturing departments.
- Evaluate firmware readiness to ensure smooth integration/application.
- Execute precise engineering drawings and organize engineering arrangements.
- Communicate project scope, design, and deliverable requirements to management.
- Coordinate with the Sustaining Engineer on requested changes in scope or design.
- Track and report on project progress.
- Perform daily walks on current jobs in-house and sharpen skills in engineering standards and CAD programs.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of highly technical engineering principles and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to apply engineering knowledge and related codes and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to devise, organize, and ensure engineering arrangements and revisions.
- Commitment to accountability, collaboration, and empowerment in work.
- Willingness to perform all other duties as assigned and required.
