Responsibilities
- Implement design changes to improve product reliability and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Potentially manage 1-3 engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Conduct prototyping, debugging, and analysis using lab equipment.
- Perform schematic capture and PCB layout for mass production using CAD tools.
- Maintain documentation of design changes, test results, and validation processes.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain partnerships, including supplier selection and management.
- Develop and execute verification and validation plans with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, including circuit design and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with schematic capture and layout design.
- Familiarity with ECAD tools like Altium and PLM tools.
- Lab experience with soldering and electrical testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.
