Responsibilities
- Support electrical engineering aspects of solar projects.
- Coordinate with civil, geotechnical/structural engineers, and surveyors.
- Perform electrical engineering design and create construction documents.
- Conduct electrical calculations and studies (e.g., short circuit, load flow).
- Stay updated on equipment and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering teams across offices.
- Utilize AutoCAD for design work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Engineering.
- Knowledge of NEC and NESC regulations.
- Proficiency in electrical power system modeling programs.
- 0-4 years of experience in electrical design and construction.
- Ability to read and create construction drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
