Responsibilities
- Support the development and analysis of mechanical systems and components
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and calculation notes
- Support ongoing projects by authoring and verifying non-conformance reports
- Participate in technical presentations and written communications for customers and management
- Research new technologies and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve processes and design assembly fixtures
- Contribute to design reviews and present technical designs and analysis results to team members
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD
- Previous internship or project experience in mechanical engineering
- Experience with 3D CAD and analytical tools
- Familiarity with ASME Section III and Section XI, ANSYS, Inventor, and Matlab
