Responsibilities
- Learn and apply nuclear safety culture and human performance tools.
- Support and lead internal department projects, including department improvement initiatives and database creation.
- Interface with construction partners, suppliers, and regulators for stakeholder engagement.
- Support bid and proposal efforts by reviewing technical specifications and developing technical positions.
- Assess incoming technical requests and develop response plans.
- Compile technical design information into reports and implement approved response plans.
- Execute tasks on time and within budget while ensuring quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
- Graduates from 2023 and upcoming 2024 encouraged to apply.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish effective networks across functional areas.
