Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Grow technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting nuclear power plant operations.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
- Communicate project status and engineering recommendations through presentations.
- Learn and master engineering software.
- Value safety and quality in engineering practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2024 or May 2025 graduates).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for design and analysis.
- Desire to obtain Engineering in Training Certification and eventually a P.E.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn the design and operation of pressurized water reactor (PWR) plants.
