Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Grow and develop technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting nuclear power plant construction and operation.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with Westinghouse customers.
- Learn and master engineering software.
- Communicate project status, problem resolution, and engineering recommendations through technical presentations.
- Strongly value safety and quality in all aspects of work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (May 2025 or 2024 graduates).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for technical design and analysis.
- Eagerness to learn the design and operation of pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plants.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Desire to obtain Engineering in Training Certification with long-term goals of obtaining P.E.
