Responsibilities
- Understand and define project specifications and performance requirements.
- Define requirements for modifications to existing control systems or installation of new control system hardware.
- Define requirements for instrumentation, servos, and drives.
- Provide estimates for changes and new equipment.
- Update Process and Instrumentation Drawings, Electrical Elementaries, and Loop Sheets.
- Prepare technical documents for equipment purchase, installation, and testing.
- Convey project information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with instrumentation and controls knowledge.
- Interest in pursuing a career in control systems engineering.
- Preferred skills: Emerson Ovation, MATLAB.
- Willingness to participate in a rotational training program.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills for conveying project information.
- Technical support capability for project management.
