Responsibilities
- Issue hardware design documentation such as cabinet layout drawings and wiring schematics for I&C products.
- Manage Bill of Materials and revision control of design packages.
- Compile technical and quality documentation for procurement, testing, and manufacturing of I&C hardware products.
- Generate design, equipment, and requirements specifications for I&C hardware.
- Work closely with manufacturing to resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure hardware designs and project documentation meet applicable system and quality requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations in support of design or analysis of products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with hardware design documentation and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials management.
- Experience in technical documentation compilation for hardware products.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with suppliers and manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel for customer and supplier support.
