Responsibilities
- Develops and guides project/program solution plans for complex technical projects.
- Implements complex technical projects or programs.
- Manages project activities including schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation.
- Provides technical design guidance for projects.
- Leads troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems.
- Supervises day-to-day tasks and priorities for project employees.
- Recommends organizational structures and provides inputs for departmental budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 7+ years of professional experience in engineering/technology industries.
- Minimum 5 years in an engineering design or development role.
- 2 years of project management experience on complex projects.
- Advanced degree (Masters, PhD, or MBA) preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, and data analysis skills.
