Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional module team of process and equipment engineers to sustain and improve manufacturing output.
- Identify and drive resolution of problems that could impact output, quality, and/or cost.
- Monitor tool performance and react to out-of-control situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive solutions.
- Track employee performance and deliverables to ensure expectations are met.
- Provide coaching to develop and enhance the performance of direct reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance problems timely.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years in wafer manufacturing and management.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- History of problem-solving and driving issues to resolution.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and factory systems.
